Cali also has the worst rep for muggings and money oriented kidnappings. I would do Cartegena and Medillin first for sure

There was also another story about a IED / Car bomb that killed a bunch of soldiers near the Venezuela border about 250 miles outside of Bogota, I will see if I can dig it up.
