Eliminate thread

How do I eliminate a thread. There are so many, including old ones that I have read and do not want on my screen anymore. Takes a long time to go through thread lists with all these still on screen.

Do you mean eliminate the thread after you've read it, never to be seen again? I'm not sure if that's possible...plus scrolling up and down is half the fun!

JT, Are you using "View Posts since Last Visit"? That will just give you the new stuff.

And after that, on the main forum menu waaaay down at the bottom and between the last box and the who's online (IIRC) is a "mark all as read". Click that, and any unread posts that didn't interest you will not come up when you follow Tonto's advise the next time.
