I'd like to see the login page be a really nice picture-or rotating pictures like the banners, where a new pic appears whenever you log in-of beach, nightclub, monument, mountain scenes, etc.

That page is the first impression a person gets of the website, and sets the impression for the whole site.

Is that possible? Pics, I mean...

I agree with the pic... also the two side columns stretch the settings out... I would drop some of the dropdowns and make all on one side... obviously after a few weeks you will know which ones are being used and the ones that are not you drop.
Use the stats to design the site to what your users want and it becomes a site that gets more traffic and thus more income for the ISOC.
