Sorry it took me so long to respond, i havent been in the forums in a while. The building next to Arismendy is a 2 story brown building to the left of Arismendy if you are facing it. Go up to the second floor and the first door on your right is GDP. It has a small neon sign that says GDP, Hope that helps
