We were hanging out with Long Beach and he suggested that we try this place. It was so good that we came back the next night with Mr Happy.

They have dry aged steaks for no more than 800rd. The steaks where between 500-900rd. They come with a side. The mashed Yuca was OK. In my opinion Yuca is better as a puree than mashed.
I had the dry aged rib-eye, with the yuca mash. The steak was excelent. They cooked it correctly, and it was served fairly quickly
FYI, the location is all the way on the north end of ave lincoln across from a bar called 'la barrica'
Re: Porter House Grill Restaurant
How is their wine list ? Im not a big wine connoisseur or anything, but I do love a nice red wine with my steak..They just go together.

I tried to find this place a few months ago but it was at night and I didn't see it. I drove past it one day last week coming from Chef Peppers. It's on the right side of the street when you're driving south on Lincoln. Nice looking spot from the outside. It'll definitely be on the list next week. Thanks for posting the info.
