Puerto Plata Wants "Code of Conduct" Towards Cruise Line Tourists

The Minister of Tourism wants Puerto Plata to have a code of conduct when he gets all these new tourists flowing into the country.

So the Dominicans are going to have to be "nicer" to the tourists? Huh?

I don't see the Dominicans changing their conduct or lifestyle to accommodate the new tourism push - do you?
