01/2018 - Website Upgrade (part 2) DONE!

This was Server related updates and security patches.

Part 3 - The forum upgrade will be next weekend or the weekend after.

*I start work Monday night, 3rd shift on "light" duty, not sure how wiped I will be next weekend.
