I rent a U1 mount into a ''''friend"" room that he rent in a datacenter.... the sys-admin of the datacenter refuse to help because it is a self-ran room my friend rent they only take care of the lines... and my friend refuse to help because his sys-admin cost too much ( 250/hr when he has to move to the DC )... I ended up having to get a paper signed by my '''friend''' to be able to hire a security guard to companion me to my server into the datacenter... well lot of trouble

Now all is going alright but i lost around 30-40% of my traffic due to the long downtime which is actually very low number lost considering half of the site were totally off for almost a month... i am very lucky thanks god.....

I also sold one of my site which ended up taking over 10 days to 100% complete the transaction... this also could not be done from RD due to the slow internet(took 20 hours to do the transfer from my 100mbit i use here) and of course the guy would never accept to pay the price i requested if he couldnt talk with me in person to talk about everything but then maybe i should have invited him in DR i could have got higher price.......

Now I rent servers with 100% service to never have to do anything myself...(53$/month for the "FULL SERVICE" very cheap for the trouble it might save...)
