08/2017 - Villas Turistica Costa Mar (Cabarette)
Villas Turistica Costa Mar
Villas Turistica Costa Mar is a cabana on Hwy 5 east of Cabarette headed towards Sabaneta. It's about 10 minute drive outside Cabarette.

When you enter the property there is no gate, however there is a gate when you leave.

I was very impressed the property was immaculate.

One of my biggest complaints was there is no way to know from the exterior of the rooms or their entrances what type of room you have. In most cabanas they have basic rooms, jacuzi rooms and suites.

There are open garage doors to the rooms that were available. I entered the room to find

There was a nice den area and the bedroom was right next to it

There was a decent flat screen for those who like TV, porn or whatever...

It's amazing how nice some of these Cabanas are.
And they are basically setup to be marketed for use by the Dominicans

How is it not PFP?
Them Dominican chicas are not going there to fuck for nothing even if it's a local that they are going with.
They just accept the local rate rather than the gringo rate

If you want to fuck your married neighbor or boss, you are not getting paid.

Re: 08/2017 - Villas Turistica Costa Mar (Cabarette)
Conclusion
Villas Turistica Costa Mar is only practical if you have a car since it is more than 10 minutes outside of Cabarette. The property was immaculate and the room I choose was obliviously dated by the paint on the wall and the furnishings but the room was clean and spacious.
I unknowingly choose the Jacuzzi room which was wait for it...wait...1000 pesos for short time which is about 3 hours. I did not use the Jacuzzi because I was only in the room for about 2 hours and I had a situation with my chica that prompted an early departure. Other cabanas generally have a basic, Jacuzzi and executive or presidential suite. A comparable room at Dulce Secreto in Sosua for example would have been 800 pesos.
As previously stated there are no markings on the exterior of the rooms so I do not know how many types of rooms they have and their prices. Some cabanas have menus for the rooms drinks and food. Unfortunately I did not inquire so I do not know what type of food is available if any.
Since I live in Puerto Plata if I had a Cabarette chica again I would definitely repeat it was a little pricy but I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the cabana to others.

I use this cabana alot with my cabarete and sabaneta chicas and I generally know which ones are the cheaper rooms. But if unsure, just flag down any staff and ask for "sencilla por favor" (simple please), and they will point you in the right direction.

I tried a different room
I had another Cabarette date and afterwards I went back to Costa Mar. This time I got out and checked the room before I pulled my truck in. I got photos of the room I tried.

The room was clean and comfortable. I am not sure but I believe it was a basic room and I paid 800 pesos. The same size room at Dulce Secreto in Sosua and Venus in Puerto Plata is 600 pesos. It's still the best option for me since I live in Puerto Plata.
I did not bother to order food or drinks so I cannot advise on their food and drink menu.
