This is a great summation.

D'Piero is still my go to spot. If the new red light area does occur it is about the same distance the other way.
Chica crackdown was a pain, still managed to do 2 a day during it so no problemo.
Weather was good, made the beach most days that I wanted to.
Food was good, tried some new spots and some old. Brit is always the go to spot.
Flight back was the only glitch, weather related. Total of 4 hours of delays. Es la vida.
Biggest issue has been getting onto ISOC, think my provider has blocked them or the upgrade has caused a glitch. Managed to get on by finding an old email about a PM and getting on that way. Even TOR browser would not connect.
What are the Pros and Cons at this hotel?
Re: 12/2014 - 15/11 to 30/11 - Boots on the Beach.
Pro's: Good and friendly staff, from manager all the way down.
Pool is well cared for. Rooms are clean. Grounds are maintained.
For 2 weeks stays in a one bedroom suite it is $45 a night and includes breakfast and airport transfer. Don't know rate for a week though, I always go for 2.
Breakfast is good: usually have omelette, bacon, toast, juice and coffee.
Basic rooms are cheaper but I like the suite. Suite is a decent size and normally get approval from chicas, has a decent size fridge.
Security is good.
Rooms are generally quiet.
Con's: Can be noisy if someone rents Lion Pride Villa next door, not very often but does happen.
Little bit of a walk to most things. Behind the old Passions. Can take a moto but I'd rather walk.
I've paid more for New Garden, Casa Cayenna, Victorian House, Palms Condo (Penthouse).
Palms Condo: Nicest place, Victorian House: Best view, New Garden: Most overrated, Casa Cayenna: Second best value, D'Piero: Best value.

Did you have any issues with the wifi?
whenever i am on the third floor it has been not to good
lower floors seem to be better
less than 200 on a wifi extender would likely cure the problem
Re: 12/2014 - 15/11 to 30/11 - Boots on the Beach.
Only ever been on second floor, no problem with wifi there.

In 2 weeks, trip number 10 will be on the ground with a Presidente Light in hand.
D'Piero again (if it isn't broken, why fix it?).
Got 4 regulars with contact info, see what I can add to that. :triumphant:
Hopefully the Cestur are not doing full sweeps at that time. Put a little damper on the street action last trip.

I am spending Christmas and New Years there this year, Dec 16 to Jan 9. Be a little different, I think my sister and brother in law are going to visit for a week.

Let the great migration begin. Just follow the geese!
I looked up in the dark and cloudy sky last night at 0230 when getting off work and heard some honking going on. Then I saw a perfect V shape of geese heading southbound, as our facility is located directly under a migratory flight path.
Just magnificent to see.
I'm 2 weeks behind you.

yupe thats what i do. when i deal wit any of the girls in a bar setting. buy her a drink. check out her vibe. if you spidey senses are going haywire. its there for a reason. if she isnt feeling ya in da bar. then she will not feel ya in da bedroom. but you can go thru all these precautions and sometimes you come up wit a lemon.
