Bro:
I understood your post, why would you want to collect money to pay the govt off to allow this FILM?
Perhaps you did not understand the reasoning of my post beeya?
If you happen to see a professional film production crew in Sosua filming sex tourists, male or female, this is not a particularly good thing for the welfare of "The Hobby" in La RD.
mp
Let's get the job done!
More gringos in the area, only menas more demand, hence, higher prices.....
The best thing about an ass, is when it is sitting on my face!!
OK, OK! Nothing but a misunderstanding! Sorry!
I misread the original statement about a payoff . I thought it meant that the DR govt. would react negatively to the film (after the event) unless they were paid off not to do so.
Weyland's whereabouts:
That was on April 9th.I think I need a little break from ISOC and I am sure all you guys need a little break from me so I will do penance by not posting anything for one month and see how it goes.
While we're on semantics. what's beeya?
Hope you don't mean this:
2.BEEYAA word that is yelled out loud while a man is ejaculating anywhere on a womans body.
I beeya'd all over her face.
The end of Sosua is coming quicker than I thought it would happen.
If they came here looking for info and are filming the nightlife in Sosua what does anyone think they are going to base their story on?
The DR government is also highly susceptible to US views. I think this is going to cause a serious crackdown on prostitution and thats about all that can come of it. More mongers heading to town right away until things get shut down.
Nothing good can come of this.
Jimmy owes me a dollar!
This is going to get very Ugly. You just KNOW the US media is going to pick up on this. Absolutely NOTHING good can come of this whatsoever. In fact it would not surprise me of some pandering POS congressman also tries to intruduce a Bill to make it illegal to travel overseas for the express purspose of soliciting prostitution . Would not surprise me one bit.
As said before, the AI business is the bread and butter for the DR, so the authorities will undoutably overreact and shut down every single Casa, disco and massage parlor if they perceive any of that US $$ is at risk.
Guys , in so many ways this is bad. There will be a huge increase in the amount of people comming to Sosua first and will drive the prices way up. Then will come the crack down. They did it in Boca and they can do it in Sosua too. I might have to follow in jimmy DR's foot steps and try a new country.
Yeah really, (while I've never been to So-sewar, and have no desire to go....) I keep preachin' Santiago and Santo Domingo.....others keep saying go to the smaller barrios outside those cities. While Jarabacoa IS NOT a mongering destination, I'd bet if you went, you could score (if you speak the lingo....) and if there is a call for PUTAS, they will come!
Personally, I think the big draw to So-sewar (and correct me if I'm wrong) is that "Eeeengleeeesh eees espoken"......lemmie tell tell ya, there's a lot of PUTAS who speak English outside of So-sewar as well....focus on the cities, look near the universities, malls and hotels.
If you're lingustically challenged in the DR, you most likely will be elsewhere as well.
Just my .02
It's not just that... Even though a lot of guys speak of the 'hunt' on here... We really don't want any kind of hunt... We want antelopes with wounded legs...
One can land in POP at 1pm, and have your dick in a chic by 2pm--without any language skills, and including retrieving your checked luggage!)
DR is so exposed to the US that I feel like the language barrier doesn't hurt most as much as in... lets say Colombia...
For me, I'd rather not Sosua as much (unless I'm going with newbie friends)... I'd prefer going off the grid a bit....
I didn't really like Santo Domingo because I don't wanna be in a 'big' city like that... and I enjoy proximity to the beach...
What is all this doom and gloom!!
Sosua was shut down in the 90s....it seems to have rebounded has it not.
It will go down and it will come back.
This is a big country.....also there are other countries....what is the big deal?
A shutdown would bring everything back down to earth....
This documentary may lead to more sex tourists traveling to Sosua, unless the DR gov't shuts it down first. The DR gov't is well aware of sex tourists, but it is not willing to compromise the image it wants to present to the all-inclusive crowd. The big companies that run the resorts have power to persuade.
If Sosua is shut down, it will be no big deal. View it as hitting the reset button while playing video games: Less putas means less tourists which means drop in prices. Businesses will go broke, then eventually it will all come back
