I just got back from Sosua and went throught the process for a 6-month subscription and I got instant accesss without a problem. So it looks like the process is working now No offense - I just never got around to it and didn't know about it at first. Wanted to see the additional content.

I did NOT say I want to cancel my subscription for the year, I just was charged via the automatic subscription renewal.

But I haven't been able to get in since it expired and was renewed automatically the first week of May. I already paid for another year.

What I want to cancel is the AUTOMATIC RENEWAL, and I got the instructions from the other member, thank you very much for that help,

BUT I have ANOTHER year's subscription paid for since first week of May and I CAN'T GET IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT IN, I've already lost out on a month and a half which I paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another member kindly posted the instructions on how to prevent the AUTOMATIC subscription from happening in FUTURE years, thank you to that member for the help.

But I am a paid subscriber for another supposed 12 months and I can't get in, dammit, and I WANT IN, I want the 12 months I just paid for. Thanks.
