    Hispanola Real Estate

I happened to be walking on Alejo Martinez, the street that curves around that Bailey's is on, just east of the heliport towards the casino. When I noticed that Hispanola has parcelled off some more property. It's right on the beach, so I assume they will start building on that soon. This is the same company that has built Casa Linda and Hispanola, I am sure that they will be selling lots soon. Since it is right on the beach it may be more expensive, but if you want that access it may be worth it in the future. This was the first time I noticed that they had it sealed off. I had wondered in the past how much that land was worth because it looked like it was in a perfect spot and was going unused which I couldn't figure out. Now I know why.

They are still building on Casa Linda in a new section of that complex, and in Hispanola which is past the Police Station actually Hispanola is just getting off the ground, but I am intrigued by this new parcel of land, and I will find out what their plans for development are, it should be interesting they seem to do a good job wherever they go. Also it seems because of their previous success in the area, they are able to increase their domain and look to be trying to get the best parcels of land throughout the area of Sosua.

I have noticed the North Coast is growing like crazy. An old timer told me that he has seen some plans and predicts that within a few years there will be nothing but developments from Sosua to Caberete. Almost like one continuous community. Hope I can start to take advantage of it myself in the near future.

    Re: Hispanola Real Estate

    LT, thanks for the recon/info

They really do pump alot of money into there properties...very plush and lavish settings. when i stayed at the new Hispanola complex for the first time i was very impressed with the set up and how much land they had to build on. Once there done up there and they start paving the driveways and planting the palm trees and other landscapes its going to look fantastic up there. I am curious to see how there new spread on the beach will look...most likely just as amazing as there other properties in town.

p.s. to guys who PM me about the new Hispanola Property, it is not a party, chicas running around naked. music pumping kind of property. Its for the more laid back Monger who just wants to retire for the evening with a lady back at the plush villas. Yes you can skinny dip in the pool/jacuzzi at night but all things remaining in constant...discretion is paramount!!! the Casa Linda complex is a bit more liberal but still nothing wild and crazy.

I have only stayed in the new complex once as they just recently got up and running...didnt take any pics of the spot i stayed at as i only take pictures if i am anticipating doing a trip report.

But try and PM Ericks and have him stop up there and snap a few pics of 87 for you. Im sure he will be much obliged.

    or

Have you called and asked Joanna or Bigi at the main office if they have any extra pics of the spot you will be staying at. Sometimes they have sent me extra pics besides the ones on the site.

I have been coming here since 1997 and you wouldn't believe how built up Caberete is since that time.

    Re: Hispanola Real Estate

Passed by the new site again today and it is called Hispanolia Beach, for obvious reasons. This new venture of theirs will not be villas as the previous two were but it will be beach side condos, it looks similar to what they are doing at Infiniti Blue but in a better location. The reason why I say that, is because I took a tour of Infiniti Blue's location and it is beautiful right on the ocean but no beach, just rocks so you can see the ocean but there is no access. With this Hispanola endeavor they actually have two different private beach front areas and it looks like by looking at the plans two pools side by side. I will follow their construction and will talk to a friend who sells for them next time I see him I will ask how much they are looking for a 2 bedroom villa both to sell and rent. I however can't imagine it being up and running in less than a year and a half.

Thanks I will check out that site, but I also heard that the Pres. down here is devaluing their dollar to pay off their debt. US dollar will get approx. 43 or 44 rd to the dollar around the beginning of the new year, it is already starting to go up. Of course the euro can't be beat at the present time. But that may change too.

There are many scams going on thru the years and many uncompleted projects. Be very sure of all the facts and details.

    Those are some pricy condos!!!!!!!!

In Brasil you are looking at 4 bedroom beach front houses with pools and guest houses for that kind of change.
A while back I predicted that, as the noose tightens around TFG's neck, both he and the Maga Morons here would post ever more idiotic crap. Right again.

“It was a violent insurrection for the purpose of trying to prevent a peaceful transfer of power after a legitimately certified election from one administration to the next," McConnell told reporters. "That’s what it was."

Yeah it does seem a bit pricey, I guess they are looking for a different clientel. All I can say to them is good luck. I prefer the privacy of the villas anyway.
