I went to the Girl's House at around 11pm.

I saw two other customers and around 30 girls.

Once the owner knows your face, or in our case got to talking to our local friend and saw we were ok,came in 3x total etc, he will give the girl permission, so its not a hard and fast rule, but udefinitely need to introduce yoursef to the owner and chat. the girl cant make the request, it wont be approved.
This business is run tight. IMO
