That place is three blocks from the Acuarium hotel. At night it's littered with dozens of $200-$500RD hookers. I've been all over the World and been in all kinds of scrapes but these bitches scare the shit out of me

They sexually harrassed us during our walk to La Base

Several nights a week the feds will set up traffic checkpoint right in front of the ruins of Jazzy's and randomly pull over whomever they please. These are not the guys with the rusty guns.

Looking for donations and gifts, not thugs....I always tell the cab drivers if we get stopped, don't tell them I speak Spanish....the last time I was stopped (in an Apolo cab) on my way to the National Goldfish Bowl (Aquarium), I went off on the cop from the backseat in English.....he let us go rapido....phuggin jackbooted thugs

They stopped a taxi I was in there once. The dumbass couldn't find his papers. He opened the glove box and what seemed like a couple hundred loose condom packets fell out. I thought I'd hurt myself from laughing so hard, man this driver was a total clown. After a couple minutes he just gave up and paid them off. All that side money from selling the putas discount condoms...gone in a flash.
