You download the file and then you can resize by right clicking on the picture file.

Gimp is very powerful I agree, like Photoshop, well not quite but close.
Either way Jimmy is "PC Challenged" so a right click solution like the old XP PowerToy is best for him.

Whats a good size to resize pictures?I treid 960-720 that was too small.

I think either 1024x768 or 1152x864 is good. Most people have displays that are around or just above that threshold.
We surveyed 100 chicas and the top 69 answers are on the board. Here's the question...
