    Clap New Server Upgrade

    I made this a force read since people seem to miss some important threads.

    Our new server is ready!

    I will begin transferring the data tomorrow, around 9am CST. It will take most of the business day, during which time the website will be down completely.

    Some of the time you might even get a 404 error stating the website is unreachable!

    The time the server will be back up and running will depend on our host. There are two options after the upgrade they can change the IP address of the new server to the IP address of our old server, OR they can update DNS. A DNS update will take longer but it is their choice.

    People asking the same questions over and over again plus people ignoring "Important News" in the header I made this a Force Read thread.

    Trust me this will not happen often and would prefer to use Important News.
