Como fuera, parce' ?
I recently posted five videos in my Colombia TR using the site's File Upload Center. It takes the page forever to load (I have DSL). The clips are in .wmv format.
I tried out this sample clip on "Tiny Pics", and it seems to do the trick:

Uploaded in 3 minutes which is par for the course. As for your other videos yes they took significantly longer but the net has been off/on this whole week. Sometimes Google's home page doesn't even load for me this past week.
