On Churchill going to Malencon , turn right and Bolivar ( Romulo Betancourt ) on the next corner turn Right Again and just before the next coner on your left there is a small plaza the bar is there

Plaza Lama is on the corner of Churchill and 27..... but if you are on Churcil going to malencon from 27 , there is a corner just before Bolivar ( Romulo Betancourt) that if you turn there it will take you to the back of plaza lama, past that turn left and the bar will be on your right.

That's the place with the 3 ft high yellow posts in the front, right?

Been there a couple of times. Nice place to throw down a couple of cold ones..

What part of DR are you heading to? Domwolfs chicas are in santo domingo and will not do you much good if you are going to sosua for example.
