I believe it is at kilometro 7? I am sure Domwolf will have better answers. It is on right hand side or north side of independencia in a shopping plaza.

Hmm. . . .that used to be when I would head there. .. sunday afternoons. Oh well.
What time do they open in the afternoon? It is easy to find places to hang at night. Decent day time places are harder to find.
