the problem is that neither one of these owners know how to run a business with good customer service. When people email them and do not get a reply for 10 days or get a stupid answer to a question like you need to come her to see or call and get rude obnoxious people on the phone, they look for other places to stay.
It is not hard to pay someone professional to be behind the desk or answer the phones. I think BB;s lost a lot of business because of this and the same things lead to the girls leaving also.

When you have a retard behind the desk instead of the owner or he or she hires incompetent help and continues to keep them working, you lose clients/customers. I will not go back to bb's. I just get the girls #'s and call them or find them elsewhere.

Hopefully billydr will have better more professional people at the reception desk. But he can be a little testy himself.
