It's Lapsus, no, wait, it's Riky's, no, wait, it's LAPSUS!!

Yup, I went to the dentist on Thursday, and noticed a new Lapsus sign is up in front again.

I guess "Riky" figured out that if you have to pay rent, it doesn't earn enough to pay it.

I'm guessing the original Italian owner is back again.
If you think it's love try not paying in the morning..

They tried to sell that place to everyone who walked in the door, incl a good friend of mine from Miami, he wasnt buying. You need to have the right connections to make that place work, and be there 24/7. that gets old fast I would imagine.

If you had a good price such as Frank in Puerto Plata did, you will do great business but thinking you can charge 3,000 pesos for a ST and stay in business is CRAZY!

In Santo Domingo, if you got enough momentum, you COULD do it as an sking price, and negotiate from there, they all do the nogotiating thing anyway. But you need to first BUILD it , again. So you would have the business savvy of someone like the NY Cuban who owns Girl House. ( think hes from ny orig). Lapsus, when they used to put on those dance shows, it had that kind of following, but the Newer modern clubs outshadowed them, and the owner lost interest,& claimed health problems as well. Most of the girls ran over to Laparada. They saw the writing on the wall long before it changed over.
Lapsus, has a PRIMO location, you just cant get any closer to the big hotels than that. Thats a constant stream of New Yorkers etc, who cant even FIND places like Girl House without a "tour guide". Thats your clientele, and when hey walk in the door, keep them there. But if you walk into a place and its almost empty, its hard to do that.
The market is there, just need someoene who has the connections and the business savvy. The Hotels will bring em to you, non stop.

Well, one day someone will get it right. I remember when we had that party at Franks and took about 30 of his chicas outta there. Thats success!
