Looks like another Blackbeards in the making. One advantage appears to be that everything is priced in pesos so if we ever see 50-1 again it'll be a bargain (unlerss of course they raise the rates) Also, it doesn't appear to be isolated like BB is. Definitely has potential.

I returned again from my apartment via bus. Dropped off at the corner. There is a town here and I spoke to some chicas on the way out. Now I am back and there are two chicas we just met talking to JJ. More coming so they said, why you ask, because I offered to buy lunch. There are 5 M & M type massage places within a 10 minute walk.

One thing I also noticed is that there are no set prices for the chicas that are on site. If you have to negotiate a price, that might be a little daunting for a first timer to the DR. I seriously doubt that the girls are included in the price.

He will require that a 50% deposit be made. I believe Palace John has lost many $1,000 's over the years with no shows. I myself over 6 trips this year saw 10 no shows.

Go to http://www.aventura-hotel.com/ and look at the rates and terms. Low season price for a room including breakfast is $900 and high season only $1300. Mid season is $1150 and there are aslo specials. Sounds good to me!

Arrived with JJ and Apostleman, we are on third round up. So far a dozen chicas have showed up. Gave the first batch hot dogs and shot 30 pictures. The second batch are waiting for the french fries. So far 3 fights with moto guys. Scared a few others and they ran away scared. One guy wanted 400 pesos and claimed to have been with us since 11am, but we got here at 12:30.
