None! He bought the hotel 3 months ago, spoke to Scott, we were introduced yesterday. Having a blast here with JJ and Apostle. We return tomorrow for afternoon brunch with maybe 6-8 chicas. Just got to pick and choose and feed them.

Let the owner know that he should set up a page on his website with pics of some the chicas that he's going to have as regulars. I say some because I'm sure not all of them will want their photos posted.

Its a new land. No one heard of Jimmy!!! I shot 225 pictures of 20 different chicas!!! JJ brought one back. There are 100's of unspoiled chicas ther!!!!

It was spure of the moment. Many 2-5's, a few 6-7's and an 8 or 2 there in the round up.

No way JDR, John would lose my business if he required 50% non-refundable deposit. Most of us mongers live fast and fluid lives. I think a first night's deposit is acceptable. There is an inherent risk in all business.

Right off the bat this cat is out of his mind on 50% deposit when the Palace, Blackbeards and Europa don't require it.

He needs an angle that blows away these places.

My best guess is, John has lost about $20,000 by not taking deposits. I saw a guy make a 2 week reservation, walk in then leave. I saw him tell people he had no rooms, they went to The Europa, paid for their week stays and then the original people no show. If I was staying there, as usual I would only book two nights, pay the 50% and upon the return, have to give no deposit.

John has 11 rooms rented this week with 4 he has turned away. 9 are regulars and I collected from a guy, 5 nights paid in full for him, while I was in NYC.

I have hung out here 3 days in a row. The chicas can be rounded up fast enough. The bar is open and the kitchen works. The chicas here do not say no to pictures at all (Yet). Go swimming if its not too cold. On your way back, check out Caberete as well. Its something different to do.

Already have it in my things to do list. Phone # is on there web site . Was told to call when i was going to go there for directions. He said renovations should be done in a few weeks. Nothing like new talent who are picture friendly.

Best thing to do, is go with 3-4 others, split taxi to and from, shoot 200 pictures and have a blast.

From POP?? Where airport or the town?

The gwa, gwa's and caro's run past it. 20 pesos for that, yes 20 pesos only.
