Driver in the Capital

Anyone have a good driver to get around the capital? Looking for someone trustworthy and depenable I can call when I need a ride.

I use a driver named Gabriel. He used to play ball in the minor league for the Phillies. While in Santo Domingo several years ago he introduced me to David Ortiz.
