Starting that count down clock for humans?

Very unclear, I put in the flag and dates and then no button to no what the hell to do. Said something about copy and paste so I tryed to paste it to the bottom of one of my existing responses and nothing but giberish. This is one of the reasons I see some people with a start date of many months ago with no activity. How about like those books computers for dummies and a little help here.

Mike you have to paste it in your profile where it says signature. That should do it.

1. Set up clock and copy it.

2. Go to top left of this screen look on the banner where it says user CP and click on this

3. Look down on left side it says edit signature . click on that

4. Paste the code

And get that clock started

No cigar, thanks for the try but still the crap shoot. Perhaps confusion on # 1 set up clock and copy it. It is vague term what is it? This is why when I see the term some assembly required I say do it then I buy it.

It says oktoberfest sosua, 3 days 14 hours, I can see it fine.
maybe your computer is Fucked.
It works just fine. just leave it alone as it is.

I truely believe this is why many people say fuck it because there is no clarity. There should be prompts and or links not leaving it to people to guess. What the Freakin aye, I have no idea how or why but it did it. Thank You Rover Very Much for you help. Just a idea for you Mod's to tell your computor guy that I know there might be one or two people other than me that needed a clue and even one or two that would still be lost. Just a friendly thought.

Here I go again, Why isnt it in my reply. Do you have to manually copy and paste it each time which if that is the case

Please. I would like to add a few more of the clocks but I will check back tomorrow with some patience mine is used up. Thanks Again Rover for the Help I owe ya a cold one.

I can see it on the one right above your post at 3/15 hours which is an estimate.
I think I would prefer to go back 50 years even not knowing what I know now.

The countdown only shows up on one post per page in a thread when added to the signature. It was designed that way. No need to see the countdown and signatures in every single post.
