    Public Cars

    They run 24 hours a day and they charge 15 (Day) & 30 (Night) pesos to go from Sosua to Caberete. They stuff 7 in there. They are a bit beat up.

    I have rented this for $10 to run to Crystals and return late at night.

    You are talking pesos correct? One of my cuties took me to Cabarete and we paid something like 20 pesos for both of us from outside the Super Super into Cabarete and yes it was packed and I would have died if there was an accident... Did not like that, liked the Gua Gua much better.

    Yes pesos, I would never pay any taxi $15 to go 10 minutes, except the airport thieves.
