Cisne has gone downhill. I was so disappointed.
The manager gave me a price of 3,500 pesos for two hours. I laughed.
But in 2003, this place had a lot of awesome girls. There was one Russian girl (the translator). I miss her. :cry:

The girls are moving around and now the owners are changing around. LOL
Alan (the former owner of Cisne during the Spring of 2005) said in another website that he now owns two places in Santo Domingo. He runs the casa's very well.
