    Most hotels will make 1/2 a peso off you.
    Considering the Peso was 20/USD a year 1/2 ago.....whats the differance of 1/2 a peso on $100 USD? 50 pesos............a whole Dollar!

    49 to 1 today, but you will se a fluctuation during the day due to elections. Monte Cristi tommorrow with chica for election weekend. I love this country, Monday is also a national holiday. There is a reason to party here every week. If we conducted elections the way they due here, we would be making love not war! Shit music blasting chicas dancing and brugal a flowing!

    I GOT 47 IN POP, WAS GOING FOR 45 IN SOSUA

    DON'T EXCHANGE AT BLACKBEARDS UNLESS YOU HAVE TO. THEY OF COURSE ARE GOING TO MAKE MONEY ON IT. ABOUT 5 POINTS FROM THE GOING RATE.

    i took home 9000 pesos last trip with me ... hopefully the rate wont go up much more then 50 till i spend my 9000

    i heard rumors that the rate will drop a lil when Leonel takes over officially and then will go back up when the people realize he doesnt fix anything and the country will always be poor and corupt

    According to the DR1 thread the rate has dropped from 48 to 46 the last couple days. Any thoughts?

    Finance Yahoo has 44.50
