The Hilton is Santo Domingo will be one of, if not the best, hotel in SDQ. There are 4 Hiltons in the DR. I don't know if they are chica friendly. I did the all inclusive with my ex-novia in POP in November 2004. Was about $100 a day. I definately don't think the all-inclusive in POP is chica-friendly.

I didn't think so. I took my ex-novia and we had a great time. The tourists that were there kept gawking at my babe and I think tourists have the wrong impression that every babe is available, especially when the tourists are drunk. One of the babes I fucked in Sosua told me she had a preset arrangement through a puta friend to stay with a guy visiting at Playa Dorada. They checked in together and she was his for the week. An all-inclusive is more for when you got something nice that you want to chill with or pre-arrange a puta. Hilton is not the type of chain that is gonna tarnish its name with prostitution.

correction: NOT chicka friendly means, you cant just pop up one night with a chick and book her for one or 2 nights in.
but if she is with you for the vacation and she is not on the black list (that exists, yeahh): no problem, as long as you pay
