The Employees at united palace have no clue how to run the place. They sell alcohol but you can't bring it into the theatre. You have to consume it outside in the hallway. Where did they get these employees? Unemployment line ? 125st & 8th ave ? Everytime you leave your seat to go to the bathroom or get a drink you have to wait on line for an usher to escort you back to your seat. Then the ushers didn't even know where the seats were. The seat #'s are only even numbers so I was seat 14 and my girl was in seat 16 even though we were right next to each other. You can only imagine the confusion that caused. You guys know the feeling when you get on a plane to Santiago or Santo Domingo and the locals just sit where ever they think they should be.What a fuckin mess!!! If anyone can find a web site for this place let me know. I've love to send them an e-mail. Oh ,I forgot about the bathroom. I had to wait on a longer line to get out than to get in. One narrow door to get in and out. Getting out of the place after the concert is another fuckin mess. One door was open out of 3 at the main enterance to let people out. I sould of known what I was in store for when I bought the ticket and the guy at the window didn't speak a word of English. The concert itself was great & so were the broads. If any of you guys go today you will see what I am talking about. You hire cheap ass labor you get what you pay for.
