Why wont my Avatar load

I keep getting this message below. Its not a big Avatar.

I've tried multiple Avatars and none will work at all.

You need to change access mode (CHMOD 777) to directory images/avatars/. Sounds goofy, so here's an article that can help you (and everyone else suffering).

I think this is something you have to correct in the system Jimmy. I dont have access to correct this.

I looked in the cofig and it will have to wait til I can show a computer guy. Its beyond my accounting skills.

find a pic on the internet that is the correct size i.e. 6k and 80X80 pixels max

and copy the location. paste it in the link from another site option and off you go!
