is it me or what.....after looking on yahoo finance and looking at what the dollar is worth in these other countries, it has been a steady DECLINE except for Costa Rica....i wonder why is that....Brazil has had a decline, DR, Europe

I might try going to Cosat Rica in September instead of DR if dollar doesnt show any improvement, just to try something new.
