I have a quesiton about taxi fares

Hi there. I have a question about taxi fares. Most taxis tell me that it costs $30 from the airport in Santo Domingo to the Intercontinenal Hotel.

Is this true? I find this quite expensive.

Most tourist taxis are rip offs. There will be posted signs at the airport so all of them are the same price.

How long is the ride... THe taxi fare from POP-Sosua is 10-15 minutes and they charge $15-20 bucks... They are all overpriced at the airport

How long is the ride... THe taxi fare from POP-Sosua is 10-15 minutes and they charge $15-20 bucks... They are all overpriced at the airport

The ride as I remember was about 30 minutes to the Jarragua.

SDQ to Boca Chica is 18-20. And I think Boca is closer than SD.

I went to Santo Domingo four times and all of them said $30.

One time I took a taxi and told him that I was starving (for food and not for chica lol). So he took me to a place called Eagle Fast Food. It is located at Aut San Isidro and their number is 809-236-4316. The waitresses are VERY flirty.

I didn't finish my food.......

I paid about US$ 20 for the trip last time.. just laugh.. walk away a few times.. and they will come to you.. they need the money more than you need the ride..

Out of curiousity why are you going to be in Korea for 2 years? I have never been to Asia so if it is promising then I will plan a trip out there
