Well I want to say "God Bless" you and keep up the great job you are doing for the country. I was in the Marines my self and I did my time served my country been there done that!!!!!, I have seen things in my short life time then some people would an entire life time and Im sure you have been through alot just like me. well you can try a cab, but they can charge you a lot...you can do the Caribe bus which is very cheap, but they don't go all the way to the palace and you would have to get a cab the rest of the way, but it's still cheap
