Me too, stayed there for my after Thanksgiving trip last year. Really liked everything about the place except the run down bathrooms. With enough improvement, may stay there again this November.

The staff really took care of me when I was sick. I had to stay in town past my flight time and they kept my bags locked up. They even took me to the hospital.
great staff. They had a large grill. I had dinner with some guys from germany once. They had one girl a piece the whole time they were there and cooked at the grill.

Have been traveling since I left Sosua on June 10th and haven't had much time to post. The renovations were still going on there when I left. I stayed in a room that hadn't been renovated yet. The pool was being painted as were all of the exterior of the hotel. Will be interesting to see what the new rooms will look like.

If they put some money into there rooms then I will go back like I use to, because the staff is great. Those who stay there know this place is monger friendly*2!
