I "think" it is available even if you do not stay at the hotel. Actually, I am not sure. Just to let you know, the girl who gave me extra services is a so-so looking girl who is medium-built. She's okay-looking. LOL
I guess you can go to the front desk at the hotel and ask. They seem very flexible and not as strict as other hotels.

I am sorry but I do not have reports for Sosua. I have been to Sosua only once.
The only Chica I had in Sosua was a girl name "Jennifer". She is petite, around 5'4" tall, and she told me that she lives in Puerto Plata with her mother and sister.
She is light-skinned and has dark hair pass her shoulders. To my surprise, she speaks very good English and she told me that she used to live in NYC.
I do not have her number because she told me that she did not have a phone.
She wanted 1,500 for TLN. If you see her in Sosua, then I recommend her.
