I have been to the DR now 3 times this year. I came back here telling my boys about it each time. When they saw the videos and pics, they keep saying man I want to go!!. Man i need to be there.ETC.. Let me tell you if i was waiting on my boys to take trips out of the country, i would have never made it to POP.. I say dont wait for someone to go with you , (go solo if u must).. I cant take all the excuses they give about work, vacation, etc as to why they cant go with me. I am still getting the same replies now from them when i ask about taking another trip..

Yeah that is why I have been holding off on going for so long. Everyone kept saying they wanted to go and no one was willing to make plans. My wingman actually has a legitimate excuse so I can't fault him for not going this time. I told myself I was going to DR this time whether I was with someone or not, because when it comes down to it, i won't be alone. I already got my ticket and I have no regrets. I always try to plan for the worst and hope for the best.

They'd probably mess up the trip anyway. You're better off going alone and hooking up with some wingmen when you get down there.
