El Nacional is reporting that 68 year old German tourist Wolfgang Ottmar Joseph was arrested yesterday in a penthouse in Vista Mar, Sosua. Captain Nelson Abreu of the DNI and assistant Fiscal Rafael Merete found Joseph with various female children - he was getting them to pose nude and was taking pictures and also had videos. Joseph said he was a teacher. Authorities confiscated a photo album of pictures of 50 naked children, families of whom live in El Tablon, La Cienaga, La Piedra, Madre Vieja, Los Charamicos and other parts of Sosua.
