No, I have never heard of “Fallini”.
2) Are these girls really non-pro? Semi pro would be OK, but I'm not into Hardcore putas.
Based on my experience, the freelancers (girls who hang out at the bars, casinos, etc.) are hardcore. Most of the chicas who work at the casas are also hardcore.
The bartenders and dealers at the casinos are a hit or miss. At the Jaragua casino, several bartenders and dealers get off work at around 8pm, 12am to 2am and 6am and wait for the bus to go home. Just walk up to them and say hello.
If you want a non-pro, then meet college girls. But scoring with college girls will take much more time and patience.
The best freelancers I have met hang out at a hotel and restaurant called “El Senorial”. They usually hang out at the bar drinking and chatting with each other. I will post more details about this place in my trip report.
3) Can anyone comment on the quality of his chicas? I'm looking for a model-type material.
I do not know what kind of girls “Fallini” has.
But if you are looking for “model-type” then go to the Acropolis Mall or Santiago. But to have fun in Santiago, you need to speak Spanish.
4) He quoted US$100-150 per evening. Now I'm "smart" enough" to know that this is a high price; but what would be reasonable?
Forget this guy name “Fallini”. He sounds like a waste of time and money.
Right now, business is slow in Santo Domingo. Not many tourists are visiting, and not many ships (trade, marines, etc.) are visiting the ports in Santo Domingo. Also, there are too many chicas working compared to the number of clients who visit the casas.
For example, there are around 40 girls working at “The Girl’s House.But there are only a few clients who would visit.
And with the new alcohol law, a lot of the casas close at midnight from Sunday to Thursday.
So these girls wander around the casinos and Manolo Cafeteria (which is an outdoor restaurant that is open 24/7 and located behind the Jaragua Casino).
The girls will stay the whole night with you for 2,000. Here is why.
#1. As I have said, business is slow.The girl’s are desperate to earn money.
#2. If you go to the casa (“The Girl’s house” and “Lapsus”), it will cost you 2,500 for an all-nighter. If you go with a cab driver, this is how your 2,500 pesos is broken down.
The house gets 700 pesos, the girl gets 900 and the cab driver gets 900.
Now if you go by yourself, this is how your 2,500 is broken down.
1,000 for the house and 1,500 for the girl.
Now is you meet with the girl after she finishes work, this is how it is broken down.
The girls gets 2,000, the cab driver gets “0” and the house gets “0”. And you pay only 2,000 instead of 2,500.
5) Where do you have the best chances of meeting English-speaking "upscale-type" ladies
The Hard Rock Café in El Conde, the Acropolis Mall, and Universities.
5) BTW, I would appreciate very much if anyone can share a couple of chicas' phone numbers and pix in SD.
