    New Theme (kind of)

    Announcing a new Theme.

    I started with modifications to Anagram. Even if you don't use Anagram please find a moment to test out AnagramTest (I did it drunk)

    Changes:
    New Menu Bar so it's no biggie if Forums are wide screen
    Also you can always click the ISOC Banner to go Home.
    New Banner (Yeah I know, no artisitic ability here)
    Full Screen Forums & PMs
