    Calypso Hotel - hourly hotel

This is in regards to the rent-an-hour rooms in Sosua:

Everynight I had been taking my chicas to the Hotel Central, conveniently located right in the middle of the strip, with the rooms on the upper floor recently renovated, and surprisingly quiet.

Last Thursday night I decided to take my chica to Calypso Hotel, located on calle 16 de Agosto, just down from the Super Super liquor store on PC. I had been to Calypso several times on previous trips and for old times sake I wanted to go back.

So, my chica and I walk over there. Well, what a mistake! It was loud with people yelling outside the room and motoconchos ripping by. The worst part was the guy working at reception - major attitude. When we got to the room my chica asked for another room and he said no. And he didn't give us any condoms, towels or soap. I have my own condoms but not having soap is a no-no for me. After sessioning with a chica, I immediately like to wash with soap and water.

    I won't ever return there.

    Use at your own risk!

Why would it be important or any concerns of yours as to WHY he needs an hourly rental? Isn't that the whole idea about Cabanas?

Sometimes I just don't get it.

People actually stay there as their vacation hotel.

I stay in a hotel in Sosua, Tiger, but they don't allow guests to bring in chicas for the night.

I don't mind using rent-a-rooms. I like the Hotel Central for reasons I already mentioned.

I rarely do TLNs, but if I do want to do one in the future, I will take the chica to another hotel that is chica friendly.

One such place is the Romanoff hotel and bar. $30.00 a night for the room. Cute chicas working at the bar and the restaurant has very good food. The schnitzel in mushoom sauce was excellent.

Are you talking about the Hotel Central right next to Merenge Bar? I'm surprised that it is so quiet. You definitely can't beat the location.

Yes, that is the one. Between Merengue club and Latinos. Located in the back of Bar Central. 400 pesos for an hour. Towels, soap and condom included. The rooms are relatively quiet and have a ceiling fan.

its actually right in central bar, rooms are upstairs and ten times nicer than calypso. very clean and newly renovated. great place for someone that is staying at an AI.

If you get the back room on the left at calypso there is a generator that goes on and off. i almost flew out of the bed the first time i heard it. someone also has roosters that lives right behind the hotel. I used to know a chica who lived there full time. Calypso is a total dump.

They don't ask for ID's and there are transportation issues with Cabanas.
