is there a huge grocery store in Santo Domingo that carries everything? Im looking for something similar to a Super Walmart, or any of the huge grocery stores open 24 hours?

There are actually 2 by the University on the same block as the Metro Bus station

I was doing some work at an orphanage and they were members of PriceSmart. Big store like Costco or Sams club. If you're going to be there for a while might be worthwhile or possible a trial membership.

Try Carrefour Autopista Juan Pablo Duarte kilometro 10,5
Santo Domingo open daily from 08:30 - 10:00 pm at night

The biggest at the moment is Jumbo Luperon, on Ave. Luperon.
Just up the street is La Sirena Luperon.
Carrefour is out on Duarte at KM 10.5
There's another La Sirena on Churchill, almost across the street from Blue Mall
There's a Plaza Lama on the Corner of Churchill and 27 de Feb.
There's another La Sirena on prolongacion 27.
On the East side of the city, another Jumbo in MegaCentro, at Carr. Mella and San Vicente, and over on Charles de Gualle, there's another La Sirena just north of Carr. Mella as well.
Pricesmart really has very little to offer, definitely not comparable to a Walmart.

None are open 24 hours.
