I had seen this site before, and wasnt very impressed. I guess they made many changes since my last visit. It is much better now, and i found some flights i didnt see in kayak. Kayak's calendar used to be a great feature, now it is just inaccurate.

The way i used matrix was in the 'dates' section i selected the 'see calendar for lowest fairs' radio button. I found some great flights options. i would usually have to toggle through the airlines own website to find them, and it would take longer.
