ISO 12BR Villa in Sosua?

Ive looked everywhere, hit up my contacts in POP, nothing. I cant find a big ass villa that has no fees for the chicas. Its for a bachelor party and i have minimum 10 guys coming. I dont really want a hotel but ill get one if I have no other choice.

Also, if you know somewhere in POP that I can get this type of villa please let me know too.

Sea Horse Ranch just outside Sosua on the way to Cabarete has some monster villas.

there are plenty of houses villas etc for rent around the area.

Do you want all 10 to stay in the same place? I doubt you will find that. Some villas might say they can fit 10 but that means that some rooms have twin beds because 10 bedroom villas are pretty impractical.

I recommend getting 2-3 4 bedroom villas in the same community if you plan in advance enough you might be able to get them next to each other. Then just designate one as the party villa.

Having your own bedroom is a must in sosua.

I think sea horse ranch might have the largest most baller villas but the price tag reflects that.

casa linda, perla marina, and hispaniola all have very nice 4-5 bedroom villas at more reasonable prices.

BLB is Sea horse Ranch really far from Sosua? I just looked at a few that caught my interest...maybe for the next trip....but only if the distance is acceptable.

nah it's close, it's about 3-5mins after casa linda. It's closer than perla marina. It's a pain in the dark but not much more than casa linda.

If i ever had to go baller, sea horse ranch is supposed to be the place to go baller in the north coast

More importantly, do the owners know it's for a bachelor's party?

For many villa owners, that's the kiss of death for giving a reservation. And if it's a big one, more still.

The folks that build them big, build them big for big familys, not frat parties.

They wouldn't want to rent villas knowing that a 20+ person frat party could happen.
