Earn Triple AAdvantage miles with the newly-built Hilton

    Hey guys,

I got a letter in the mail about a promotion. From July 12 through Oct 12, 2005, you can earn triple AAdvantage miles for double dip stays. To double dip, just provide your Hilton HHonors and AAdvantage account #'s when making reservations and at check-in. If you are not already an HHonors member, you can enroll at www.hiltonfamily.com

    www.hiltoncaribbean.com/santodomingo

To receive triple AAdvantage miles. Request Plan Code QL when making reservations.

I emailed this place if they are chica-friendly or not. They have not replied yet.

I just realized that this hotel has the largest casino in Santo Domingo.

Has anyone been to this casino before? Do they have a lot of girls to choose from?

Also, does anyone know if this hotel is chica-friendly?

Just a reminder, from now until Nov. 14th, you only need 25,000 miles plus a tax of around $70 to $100 for a round trip from NYC to the DR.
AA said that only 25,000 miles is required because business is slow during this time.

AA usually requires 30,000 miles plus a tax of around $80 to $100.

The flights are only $268 right now so save those miles for hard times!

Any airfare deals to SDQ from Boston/Providence

    Greetings to all:

I'm planning a trip to BC for Feb or March. Does anyone know of any airfare deals from Boston/Providence? Maybe I can meet a few of you during my trip.

    Thanks, Sailor02

I think i saw some direct flights to SDQ on AA for about $550 around FEB/MARCH. Give me a direct flight to POP for $550 from Logan i would book a week for both months. Also search the Vacation outlet travel agents for a charter. Unfortunately most charters out of BOS are going to Punta Cana.

Game, Boston Rob was the dude on Survivor. The Colts are for real. The Patriots will limp into the playoffs because their division is weak. I hope the Colts do win it. They deserve a ring. Boston Jim

I just completed a price check on Spirit from PVD-SDQ on Nov24-30. Those just happen to be the dates that I will be there and wanted to know the differance in airfare.

    Spirit $567.60 Buissness class PVD-FLL-SDQ
    Spirit $367.60 Coach

I am paying $540 on AA PVD-ORD-SJU-POP in Coach. Its an 11 trip to get there. Also I am returning into BOS so that means I have an 1 1/2 wait to catch a bus back home again.

From MA and RI its a royal pain in the ass to get to the DR. Its also very expensive. This is part of the reason I have been bitching and complaining lately. I was on the phone with Jayman just yesterday morning telling him how I have been looseing intrest in going down there. I may have to look into this myself. The question remains, how much of a pain in the ass is it to get from POP to SDQ? I know its cheap, but is it worth $200? Remember, if I had a 3pm flight out of SDQ and I was at BB's. I would probably have to leave there at 8 am to catch my 3pm flight.

    Try Jet Blue BOS-JFK-STI

Jet Blue just announced 8 RT flights daily from Boston to JFK. Every evening there is a Jet Blue flight to Santiago that leaves around 9:40pm and arrives after 2:00 a.m. There are hotels in Santiago, there's a bus to Sosua every hour beginning at 6 am or you can take a taxi to Sosua for about $50.
Getting to paradise from Boston just got a lot easier!
