If you need a prescription to buy those drugs, the price wouldn't increase. Average Dominicans would not pay the extra cost of paying a Doctor for a prescription, so the demand would lessen while supply is the same.
What is the most amount of a drug you can legally bring back home with a prescription? I think it might be a 90 day suppy. In that case, being forced to get a prescription might be easier to then bring it back .
Do you find that Cilias works "on command"? I tried it one time on a recommendation that it lasted long, but I found it to only get me to a POINT (not the 90 degrees that the V gave me).
I also found Lapela to be a junior Cilias.
do you change amounts for the later two? How do you make it work for you?
I had a lot of trouble gettin it up the last time I took La Pela . . .
but then again . . i was fuckin drinkin ! ! and the cam corder was on ! ! (you guys know how shy I am)
Cilias works on "command" for me.....and it does work well for a few days, but as they say YMMV
Lapela works....but as I said...sometimes it works well and other times really no effect.
Viagra always works well for me...but too many side effects...stuffy nose, flushed face, blue halo around lights.
That being said the best way to take Viagra is not to swallow the pill, but to let the pill dissolve under your tongue. The effects are pretty immediate if you do that. A physician told me that method.

any of the spanish speakers care to translate?
i'll give ya a hint: ñema is the tip
La Pela is Cialis lite, but the $1.50 per pill cost makes it a raging bargin.
so curfew hours, no sex drugs without prescription, and good cops getting shot..sounds like Buffalo on a hot night.
I am now 66 and was never much of a stud even when much younger and at my fittest. So as LaPela works every time for me I reckon at 50 pesos it's a bargain. Before I discovered LaPela, both genuine and clone Viagra functioned equally well but left me with headaches and seriously flushed face and neck, whereas I have almost nil ill effects from LaPela if taken sensibly.
What, for me, is "taken sensibly"? Those who followed my summer trip reports may remember that after a few weeks I started experiencing dizzy spells.

This could have been from an ear infection, food problems, blood poisoning (from a cut toe), or the continuous hot weather (which, while not at all excessive, was something I had never experienced before in my relatively untravelled life). I had been averaging four or five LaPela per week for the first five weeks but then cut down to one or two per week and the dizzy spells died out. Hardly a scientific test, but I shall play it safe in future.
An interesting fact after reducing the intake was that my erectile ability remained o.k. even three or four days after popping a red one. Whether there remained a residue of the stuff in my system, or whether psychological factors came into play (increased confidence/relaxation, or whatever) I don't know.
