I never used any ED drugs in my life and my tool works good...But this time I am going to use Lapela. The main reason is to have 3 pops in 1-2 hour window with chicas. When I was in Bangkok this year I had two pops within 1/2 hour without problem...But I need to do one more with DR chicas.

As I am in 40's I guess Lapella might work well for me...

If one should not drink alcohol with Lapella then why not we take one in the morning and hit drinks sometime at noon as I heard this stays in body for 3 days.?

Any suggestions should be helpful.

If you have never used ED drugs you may not be aware that a very common outcome is that, while your dick remains (more or less) stiff throughout sexual activity and also later for renewed sexual activity, you may find it much harder or even impossible to climax. More often than not, after a prolonged session, I needed a handjob to climax. Or if I knew I was remaining with the chica and would return to the field of battle some hours later I did not always even bother with that. While I may be untypical because of my age I understand that a lot of younger and more virile guys experience similar results. Which is why ED drugs are widely advertised as being of more benefit to women as to men. Of course YMMV. Anyway, have fun!

You can get anything, but not necessarily all from the same farmacia at the same time. Like any other product in the DR there are occasional shortages of this or that. So don't leave your purchasing to the last minute.

What I've tried, and the result:

Prescription Levitra - so/so, I think it helped, but only for one bonner
Lepela in the DR - no affect, nada, nothing, almost made me think it had opposite affect
Cialis in the DR - better than Prescription Levitra, still not best
Viagra in the DR - The clear winner. Felt like I was 16 again. Worked all night for multiple pops. Even seemed like I had better sensation. No side affects.

I'm still young (37 tomorrow), but I do have some medical conditions that work against me (high blood pressure, diabetes). The key difference between the cialis/levitra/lepella trials in November and the viagra trial in May was that I did almost no drinking whatsover in May, and a drank a bit more beer than usual in November.

I cannot take any from US as my Primary care pysician is a lady and I am embarassed to ask her write prescription. So I am kind of depending on Boca Chica pharmacy for these. Hopefully I will find them in BC.
