Get a referral from your primary care to see a male urologist. He will give you samples of what ever you want.

Good suggestion.. I actually donot need a referral.. But the problem is to get a urologist appointment in next 3 days.. You know how our medical system sucks here.. But let me ask you a question...is it really hard to get these medicines in Boca Chica?

Do not buy these drugs in Boca Chica. They are way overpriced. I recommend buying at a pharmacy in Santo Domingo. The pharmacy I like in Santo Domingo is 3 blocks east away from The Jaragua hotel on Ave Independencia. It is located right near the gas station with a big sign that says 10% Descuenta. (discount)

I remember buying reg. viagra in Boca chica for $10. I later bought generic V in Santo Domingo for $1.50

the viagra i got in sosua at the pharmasy is the generic version. same packaging colour and shape but larger pills. seemed to work the same as prescription ones.

I'm way past that. My PC is female, not much older than me either. I told her I was having problems from a legit medical issue (diabetes/hypertension) and she wrote me a script for Levitra and sent me to a urologist (still have to make that appointment, and tell him I dn't like Levitra). Hell, I'd have whipped out my dick and waved it at her if I thought she'd give me the pills I want....

I would think that with everyone selling it with no regulation, some of the pills might be counterfit. While it is possible for a pharmacy to sell bogus drugs also, it seems less likely than the shadowy man hawking it on the street.

Has anyone had any that didn't seem quite right?

I'm not sure if these pills are the generic Viagra you guys are talking about, but Sildenafil seems to be alright. I got the same headaches and dizzy spells as when using Viagra, but I chalk it up to the price you have to pay for being out there on the frontlines. 120-something pesos for 4 pills of 100mg. each in any Santo Domingo pharmacy.

On the more homeopathic route, I use a supplement from the Vitamin Shoppe called L-Arginine-Ornithine 200mg. and have taken to using more fresh garlic in my recipies, which supposedly increases testosterone. I also take oatmeal mixed with cinnamon and I have noticed that my need for stimulants has vastly decreased.

When I went to the DR last month for 6 days I popped two 50-mg. Sildenafils as soon as I arrived at the airport and funny enough never needed to use any more for the rest of my trip. I put that down to the change of diet which I feel has greatly helped. I usually had to pop two 100mg. Sildenafils DAILY.

The problem is that after 2-3 days of nonstop fucking you just get tired, no matter what shape you're in or how old you are. So you're always gonna need a little help. But I feel this crap about prescriptions is all bogus.

It does'nt matter anyway because I know a guy in SD who can write me prescriptions for whatever I want. I just feel bad for the guys without those connections who may have to pay inflated prices out on the black market and may not be getting the real thing.

I have noticed that when I stick to my normal breakfast of regular oatmeal with artificial sweetener and cinnamon, it does have a positive affect on my libido. I also use a lot of garlic powder. I'll make tuna salad and apply a lot of Garlic powder instead of salt. I'll have to try the amino acid suppliments you mentioned. When I was in High School, on the football and wrestling teams, I used those suppliments in conjunction with weight training to build strenth. Oh, to be young again.....
