are they planning to extinguish the sales completely of all e.d. drugs from farmacias . please say it aint so....does this mean i'll have to get it on the street or beaches of porta plata??

Some laws just are'nt meant to be enforced. Remember, we make up a very tiny percentage of the people who consume these pills in the DR. If the average dominican was cut off from his supply, the uproar would be enormous. And of course the pharmacutical industry would also be up in arms.

It is already ingrained in their society. Too late to do anything about it, and good for us that they will remain available.

It does'nt matter to me anyway, as I know a doctor who can get me a prescription anytime I want, but I'm sure some asshole would ask me what a dermatologist is doing prescribing LaPela for me.

To answer the OP's question, most E.D. drugs are still available OTC in any pharmacia.

I had a lot of trouble gettin La Paella the last time I was in the DR . . .

I was about 6 hours on the island 3 or 4 Friday's ago, drinking @ Lou's and EricS said "eat this" . . . I said "OK" . . .

Had one of those "8th grade out of nowhere" woodies @ work that Tuesday . . . it was her fault ! ! !

Been told the LaPela is hard to keep on the shelves because it has the price RD50 on the package so the farmacia can not inflate the prices. The fucking generic cialis in Sosua was going for RD726 for a 2 pack in November. Their generic Viagra "Viga" was RD50 but i do not trust it. It was like taking Motrin on an empty stomack. Burned like hell. I only like the Cialas or LaPela. Lou had some Cialas at the bar cheaper than the farmacia. This next trip i bring my own Cialas.

I never really liked the LaPela that much, prefer the real Cialis, split a 20mg in half every other day and am good to go. Luckily i don't have to pay for it as me and the Lily Pharm.Rep at my job are tight ;-), must say though that both give me some heartburn but usually a few Tums take care of it

Just lookin for an update. . . Has anyone found viagra , etc in Sosua or Costambar recently? . . I'll be there in 2 weeks and no longer have a perscription here.

I think the law just wants to restrict sales to Pharmacies. You should be able to get it.

Yeah, there all still on display right on the Farmacia counters. I asked, and La Pela costs 50 pesos a pill.
